These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.engraveitnow.co.uk (the “Website”). By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this Website.

1. INTRODUCTION
You may access most areas of this Website without registering. Certain areas require registration. We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
2. ORDERING FROM US
Your order is deemed placed when submitted via our checkout. Acceptance occurs upon dispatch. Previews are illustrative; engraving may vary slightly. We reserve the right to adjust spelling, grammar, and design for aesthetic reasons.
We may refuse orders if:

You must be 18 or over to purchase certain products (e.g., alcoholic items).
3. PRICING
Prices include VAT where applicable. Packing, delivery, and insurance may be charged separately. Emojis are not supported for engraving and will be removed.
4. DELIVERY
We deliver to the address provided. Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or bank holidays. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, including severe weather, strikes, or carrier issues.
We dispatch all parcels on a SIGNED FOR service with no exceptions. Customers may use the DPD app to select different option like 'safe place' etc but will then take FULL responsibility with no recourse to Engravitnow Ltd.
Next day delivery is available Monday to Friday, subject to stock. Special instructions apply for Northern Ireland, offshore islands, and BFPO addresses.
5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel standard items within 14 working days of receipt.
Personalised / bespoke items:

Once production or engraving has begun, cancellation rights do not apply.

You cannot return personalised items for change of mind.

If we make an error or the item is faulty, we will correct or replace it at no extra cost.
Order cancellations must be in writing (email or phone) before dispatch.
6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Standard items returned within 14 days are eligible for a full refund of the product cost (excluding delivery).

Special delivery costs are non-refundable.

Returns after 14 days may be subject to a restocking fee (£10).

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or mis-described.

Personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind once production has started.
Faulty or incorrect items:

If we make a mistake or the product is faulty, we will replace it.

If replacement or repair is not possible within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund under statutory rights.

Refunds are not given for misuse or accidental damage.

7. FAULTY ITEMS
Report faults promptly with order number, details, and date of purchase. Personalised faulty items will be replaced in line with original specifications. Refunds only apply if repair or replacement is impossible or unreasonable.

Colour may vary from website images. Orders placed with colour preference are at your risk.

Important Information About Personalised Orders

All of our personalised and bespoke items (including engraved, lasered, or customised products) are made to your exact specifications.

Once production or engraving has started, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Please check all spelling, dates, and personalisation details carefully before confirming your order.

If we make an error with your personalisation, or the item is faulty, we will happily replace or correct it free of charge.

For non-personalised items, you may cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, in line with your statutory rights.
Tip: Double-check your personalisation on-screen and in your confirmation email to avoid delays or disappointment.

The Engraveitnow Ltd mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Engraveitnow Ltd (“Engraveitnow Ltd”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Engraveitnow Ltd’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Engraveitnow Ltd through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Engraveitnow Ltd. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to [insert your sending number] or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Engraveitnow Ltd mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
